Check in at hotel with afternoon sightseeing start from visiting downtown where located many government buildings in colonial style such as city hall, banks, Mahabandoola park with Independence monument, blended with one of the oldest pagoda, Sule, along strand and Mahabandoola road. Then Chaukhtatgyi Temple which houses one of the biggest reclining Buddha image. Enjoy sunset and evening time visit Swedagon Pagoda, 98 metre high golden stupa, rising up being the most important YANGON city landmark and symbol of Myanmar. Overnight in Yangon.
After breakfast , visit National Museum with numbers of various national treasure antique exhibits, especially the 8 metre high Sihasana Pallin (Lion Throne), which belonged to King Thibaw, the last king. Continue to visit Buddha tooth relic Pagoda then Kaba Aye Pagoda, Maha Pasana Guha Cave where the sixth Buddhist took place in 1952 and Buddhist art museum, also white elephant camps. Then go to railway station and take a train to Mandalay. Overnight on train with sleeper class.
Early morning arrival Mandalay. Greeting and warm welcoming by our tour guide at railway station, with transfer to hotel. Leisure time at hotel then sightseeing start. Visit U Bein Bridge across the Taungthaman Lake (the world’s longest teakwood bridge). Then, enjoy city tour of Mandalay including Mahamuni Pagoda, famous for its venerable statue of Buddha covered with gold leaf, Local artisan’s workshops of woodcarving, marble masonry, tapestry and gold leaf making, Shwe Inn Bin monastery (a special specimen of Buddha wooden architecture) In the evening, visit to Golden Shwenandaw Monastery (noted for its exquisite woodcarving), Atumashi Monastery (the incomparable Monastery) and the Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures (known as the world’s biggest book). Enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight in Mandalay.
After breakfast, hotel check-out, then continue for boat excursion to Mingun (1 hour) along Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, you may enjoy the fascinating landscapes along both side of river bank. Visit Mingun pagoda, which was dedicated to be the highest one but remained as the biggest pile of brick and the world biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda, which represent Mt. Meru and the abode of celestial beings. Sagaing Sightseeing which is perhaps to see real living centre of Buddhist faith in Myanmar today. In the afternoon, transfer to airport for Bagan destination, upon arrival checkin and overnight in Bagan.
After breakfast, visit Bagan, one of the most stunning largest thousands pagodas, temples and ruins in the world. Bagan exploring start with including colourful Nyaung Oo Local Market and continues with visit to significant pagodas and temples. Shwezigon Pagoda and its magnificent golden stupa, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi, a cave temple with exquisite jatakas murals paintings and the elegant Htilominlo Temple noted for its plaster carvings and Tharaba Gate. In the afternoon observe the process of traditional lacquerware, one of the best-known Myanmar handicrafts and a speciality of Bagan. Proceed to Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple. The Ananda Okkyaung is one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period and the next temple to be visited, Thatbyinnyu, is the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m. End of the day, enjoy visit the massive Dhammayangyi Temple noted for its remarkable brickwork. Then take horse cart riding to Buphaya or Shwesandaw Pagoda for enjoy sun-set view. Overnight in Bagan.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Myinkaba village and observe the process of traditional lacquerware, one of the best-known Myanmar handricrafts and a speciality of Bagan. Visit the monuments of Myinkaba village, Gubyaukkyi, an early period Pyu-style temple of Hindu influence. Next stop at Manuha and Nanpaya temples. In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to the countryside village of Minnanthu, the least visited temple area in Bagan. A visit to some of the most interesting temples such as Payathonzu, Lemyethnar, Sulamuni and etc.. And take boat to Ayeyarwaddy river about 45 minutes for enjoy sunset from river. Overnight in Bagan.
Transfer to airport for domestic flights to Heho, small Shan town situated on the sea level of nearly 1300 meters. Arrival Heho airport, continue by road about two hour drive from Taunggyi (capital of Shan State) through a landscape dotted with clusters of villages, brings you to Kakku. Kakku is a unique temple complex of more than 2500 stupas has lied hidden in the Pa-O heartland of Southern Shan State for centuries. It is a rare discovery in a land known for its hidden treasures. Unknown to the outside world and to most of Myanmar until recently, these exquisite monuments. Then drive back to Nyaung Shwe and Overnight in Inle Lake.
After breakfast, sightseeing on the Inle Lake by private boat includes a chance to see the leg-rowing fishermen and the floating gardens, built up from the strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. Visit a floating village at Ywama, the lake’s downtown, also includes a visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda which is the most sacred religious stupa housing 5 Buddha images, the weaving village of Inpawkhon and the jumping cat monastery, with beautiful antique Buddha statues.Then, drive by boat to Indein Ruined Pagoda Complex along a small river that sustains Inle Lake by flowing into it. Passing the Large green Myanmar Bamboo forests on the way, you will reach the Ruined Indein pagodas that stand on the hill slope providing a panoramic view to the lake. Overnight at Inle Lake.
In the morning transfer to Nyaung Shwe jetty by private boat and then scenic drive to Heho Airport for the flight to Yangon. After arrival visit Botahtuang Pagoda Built in AD 997 legend where 1,000 officers built on housing two hairs of Buddha, next proceed to Nanthida jetty and watch the traffic on the Yangon river with panoramic view. Leisure time shopping at Bogyok Aung San (Scott) Market, it the city busiest & liveliest bazaar with variety of local traditional and modern handicrafts; lacquerware, woodcarving, painting, typical Myanmar cosmetic; Thanaka, etc. Transfer to Yangon Airport for departure.
