MM 03: YANGON – BAGAN – INLE LAKE – YANGON (6 DAYS/5 NIGHTS)
Welcome by the representative at the Yangon International Airport and transfer to hotel. After a brief pause in the hotel, orientation tour starts for Yangon.
Discover commercial capital, the largest city in Myanmar with a population of 5,000,000 inhabitants. Its wide tree-lined avenues, dark green parks and beautiful lakes give enormous reputation of one of the most charming cities in Asia to Yangon.
The orientation tour includes a visit to Yangon's Sule Pagoda (landmark in the city center) - is curious to see how octagonal shape extending to the hood -, City Hall and the British colonial buildings that still retains, Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda - including a huge reclining Buddha and last stop for photos at the Karaweik Hall and the Royal Barge on the Kandawgyi Lake.
At sunset, visit the Shwedagon Pagoda wonderful, bright golden stupa overlooking the capital and one of the wonders of the world, is the most important spiritual center of the country. Accommodation in Yangon.

Early in the morning, after breakfast, transfer to the airport for flight to Bagan. Check one of the most important archaeological sites in Asia and one of the main tourist attractions in Myanmar. Bagan is considered one of the holiest cities in Asia with Varanasi (India) and Jerusalem by archaeologists, historians and photographers thanks to the largest collection of Buddhist sculptures, richly decorated with murals and plaster sculptures from the 11th century to 13 s . During its heyday in the 12th century, Bagan was known as "the city of four million pagodas".
Throughout the day we will visit several villages around the museum and major pagodas including: Shwezigon Pagoda, the first monument built in Myanmar and one of the most beautiful; Ananda Temple, the masterpiece with delicate decorations in glazed tiles along its base and terraces; the Gubyaukgyi Temple, shows a strong influence of Hindu culture; Shwessandaw Pagoda, with influences from the Mon ethnic group and a terrace for magnificent views.
In the afternoon, climb on top of one of the temples to witness the sunset and as reflected in the large expanse of temples in Bagan. Overnight in Bagan.
In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Nyaung Oo Market. Then visit other temples like Sulamani and Shwegugyi and pass through the village of Minanthu.
Bagan is also a famous place as the center of the burgeoning industry of lacquer. In the afternoon, the tour includes a stop at one of the local factories - pottery to see skilled craftsmen at work at various stages over a period of six months.
Then we head to the ancient Bagan coach for a tour cen among the temples; Tayokype, Htilominlo and Thatbyinnyu before sunset. Back to enjoy the sunset at the famous Bu Paya with views Irrawaddy River. Overnight in Bagan.
In the morning, after breakfast, transferred to Bagan airport for flight to Heho (Inle Lake), the gateway to southern Shan State. Upon arrival, transfer to Inle Lake - the famous natural lake and unpolluted, for its scenic beauty, its native inhabitants with their particular and unique way of rowing and for being one of the hidden corners of the world in terms of scenic beauty.
Will have a full day of exploring the lake and its surroundings today canoe. View inhabitants (the Intha) and traditions, which are well known for their rowing technique and cultivating floating gardens.
Other highlights of day, plus mountain landscapes that surround will include visits to the venerable Phaung Daw U Kyaung. One of the places you will visit in Myanmar that will offer you an unforgettable memory. Overnight at Inle Lake.
Breakfast at the hotel. This day we will board a boat to explore the lake surrounded on both sides by high hills.
